A. Confirmation

- Confirmation via telephone, email or purchase order (P.O) must be made in a period of 3 days once order has been placed. Failing so, orders will be cancelled.

- Closing date is on the 1^st week of Ramadhan.

- A period of 10 days is required by Hanni Collection for preparation of hampers once confirmation has been made.

- In the event that any products become unavailable at the time of production, Hanni Collection reserves the right to substitute them with similar products of equal or greater value.

B. Customization

- Before placing your order, should you require any customization, please state your hamper requirement and budget. We will quote a new price and hamper content based on your specification.

- This term and condition is ONLY applicable to total purchase of RM1, 000 and above.

C. Cookie Selection

- NO customization for cookie selection.

- Hanni Collection reserves the right to choose any cookies that are available at the time of production to be included in the hamper.

- Rest assured that our cookies are made of the best and finest ingredients available.

D. Delivery

- We offer free delivery services to areas in Klang Valley for orders with minimum purchase of RM1, 000.

- We DO NOT provide delivery services for orders below than RM1, 000.

- ALL orders will be delivered to only ONE designated area as agreed by both parties.

- Should you require us to do personal deliveries; a surcharge of RM15 per item will be applied.

- Deliveries outside of Klang Valley will be charged according to areas.

- We do not provide postal delivery services.

E. Deposit & Payment

- A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation. Failing which in a period of 7 days, orders will be automatically cancelled.

- A 50% payment balance will be made prior to delivery.

- Payment can be made via CASH, BANK TRANSFER or COMPANY CHEQUE. We do not accept personal cheque.

- All personal orders must be paid by cash prior to delivery.
