Payment Method

Prices reflected on the website are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
For Malaysian buyers, we accept cash and direct bank transfers to one of our bank account; Maybank2u and CIMB.
For international buyers, please pay through Paypal only or direct bank transfer to our HSBC (United Kingdom) bank account.
After making the payment, please email us and attach the fund transfer details. If payment is not received before 24 hours after final order is made, the unpaid item will be listed back. If you have any problem regarding the payment method, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery, Shipping and Handling
Your item(s) will be dispatched within two to five working days of receipt of your payment, f there is a delay for any reason you will be notified. If multiple orders are made on this item or on different items, discount postage charges will be offered. You will receive an email advising you when your package is posted. If you have not received the package within seven working days of the date of dispatch, please contact us. We can try and sort things out. We are also pleased to offer you FREE delivery service to Ampang for minimum orders of RM300. We will send you a confirmation order which includes the postage cost.
Please note that;

* There will be no delivery on Sundays.
* For deliveries during peak occasions like Hari Raya, Chinese New Year or Christmas, please place your orders two weeks in advance to guarantee timely delivery and availability.
* To ensure that delivery is not delayed, please complete all information correctly before you submit an order.

Returns and Refunds
All items are carefully inspected before shipping and every effort is made to pack items safely and securely. Therefore we will not be responsible for any damage causes during postage.
However, in the exceptional event where we have made a mistake with the listing, please contact us immediately to receive a Return Authorisation Code. No returns will be accepted without this code.
A refund or replacement, at our discretion, will be made once we have received the item. All postage/freight costs associated with returns will be at the customer’s expense. Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds on any freight paid.
All claims must be made within 10 days of invoice date. Late claims will not be accepted. All items to be returned must be in unused condition and in their original packaging, with a copy of the relevant invoice.

Terms and Conditions for Wholesaler

Syarat-syarat untuk menjadi pemborong.

1. Untuk kali pertama, pemborong perlu membeli nilai barangan tidak kurang daripada RM500 sebelum diberi diskaun.
2. Diskaun sebanyak 30% – 45% akan diberikan kepada pemborong tertakluk kepada jenis barangan.
3. Barang yang sudah dibeli tidak boleh diganti atau dipulangkan atas sebab-sebab yang tidak dapat dielakkan.
4. Untuk pembelian kedua dan seterusnya, kami menyarankan supaya pemborong membeli nilai barangan sebanyak RM300 sebelum diberi diskaun.
5. Syarat-syarat ini adalah sah untuk pembelian borong secara ONLINE atau melalui website sahaja.
